The Apartments at 28 West will be replacing a 13.5-acre parking lot near Wyoming high school. Split into two phases, the development will feature 10 buildings of various sizes, the largest being 71 units and over 18,000 square feet.
The first phase broke ground in September 2019, beginning with the nearly 5,000 cubic yard demolition of the existing parking lot. When completed, the first phase will account for 226 of the 344 total units.
